Is there a timer?
Yes. People start a task and the timer runs. It can be paused. There is a nudge to take a break after long sessions. It records time against tasks, not activity on the screen.
Can managers see everything an employee does?
Managers see tasks, time, reviews, and goal links for their team. They do not see screens, keystrokes, or anything outside M-Tracker.
