M-Tracker for managers and team leads

You should not have to choose between your own work and reviewing your team's. M-Tracker gives your team a first review before the work reaches you. No surveillance.

Someone on your team says "it's done." You are busy, so you look later. When you do, something important is missing. Now you explain, send it back, and wait. M-Tracker gives your team that first review the moment they finish, so what reaches you is right more often.

1Solution

The week you are actually having

You manage six people and your own work. Every finished task waits for you. You review at night. Half of what you review comes back with the same small misses: a missing date, a section the brief asked for, a claim nobody checked. You are not coaching. You are catching.

2Solution

The plan

  1. Write the task once, clearly. Result, audience, must include, must not, due date. Attach files and links. Or dictate it and let M-Tracker tidy it.
  2. Your team does the work and marks it done. M-Tracker compares the work with the brief and tells them, in one plain paragraph, what matches, what is missing, and what to change.
  3. They fix it before you see it. You review work that has already passed its own test, when you have time, without being the thing everyone is waiting for.
3Solution

What you see as a manager

  • Each person's tasks, time, and which goal each task supports.
  • Finished work with its review attached, so you can see what was fixed before it reached you.
  • Meeting time from Google Calendar counted separately from task time.
  • Tasks that keep rolling over, so you can ask what is stuck before Friday.

You do not see screens, keystrokes, webcams, or mouse movements. M-Tracker does not collect them.

4Solution

What changes in a month

Fewer things come back. The things that do come back are about judgment, not missing dates. Your review pile is smaller and your reviews are shorter. People get feedback while the work is fresh, from a tool, which means they stop waiting for you and stop dreading you. You spend the saved time on the conversations only a manager can have.

5Solution

What M-Tracker is not

It is not a replacement for you. It gives a first review. You still coach, decide, and approve. It does not score people. It does not rank your team. It does not watch anyone. It reads the request and the work, and says what is between them.

6Solution

Works with what you already use

Review work inside Jira with the M-Tracker panel. Import tasks from Jira or ClickUp. Sync meetings from Google Calendar. Attach Google Docs, Drive, or Dropbox links as the finished work. Or run everything in M-Tracker.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Will my team feel watched?

No. There are no screenshots, recordings, or activity scores. The review looks at the work, not the person, and the person sees it first.

What if the brief is vague?

The review says so instead of guessing. That is useful: it means the request needs a line, not the work.

Do I have to move my team off Jira or ClickUp?

No. Keep them. M-Tracker adds the review.
