AI work quality review
M-Tracker reads the task brief and the finished work and says, in one plain paragraph, what matches, what is missing, and what to change. No score. The employee sees it first.
When someone marks a task done, M-Tracker compares what they made with what was asked. It writes one short paragraph: what the work does well, what is missing, and exactly what to add or change. The person reads it first and fixes it. Then it comes to you.
How it works
- The task has a brief. What the result should be, who it is for, what it must include. The goal it supports, with its key results. The person's role.
- The person finishes the work and attaches it. Text, a file, or a link to a Google Doc, Drive file, or Dropbox file. Up to three files of 5 MB each.
- They press Get instant review. M-Tracker reads the brief, the goal, the role, and the work. It writes the review.
- They read it and improve the work. Then they mark it done. The review is saved with the task, so the manager can see what was fixed.
What the review says, and does not say
It says, in plain words, whether the work answers the request and what to change. For example, "Add the steps customers need to follow," not "improve audience coverage."
It does not give a score or a grade. It does not rate the person. It does not compare people. If the brief is too thin to judge the work against, it says so instead of guessing, which is a signal to the manager that the request needs a line.
Example
Task: Write an email telling customers about our new verification process. Explain what is changing, what customers need to do, and when it starts.
The work: A clear, friendly email about the new process.
The review: "The email explains the new verification process clearly and the tone is right for customers. But it does not say when the new process starts, and it does not tell customers what to do differently the first time they log in. Add the start date near the top, then one line that says what customers must do on their first login after that date."

Standards
Teams can save standing rules for a type of work, like a definition of done for blog posts or client deliverables, in a project's standards library. The review uses them.
Privacy and limits
The task text, the brief, and the attached work are sent to an AI model to produce the review. Nothing is posted publicly. Reviews are private to the person and their manager. Each review uses one credit from the person's plan. Review again costs another credit; re-opening a saved review is free.
Pricing
Per person, per month: Starter $4 with 20 reviews, Pro $8 with 100, Enterprise $32 with 450. Extra reviews $0.30 each. Yearly billing: $3.50, $7, $29.
Where it works
- In the M-Tracker web app and mobile web app, on every task.
- Inside Jira, through the M-Tracker issue panel, with the same review and the same credits.
- On imported ClickUp tasks.

Questions people ask
Is it accurate?
It is a careful first read against the brief. It is not a fact-checker and it does not know your business beyond what the task says. A person still signs off. That is the design.
What if someone disagrees with the review?
They can ignore it. It is advice, not a gate. Managers still decide.
Does it work for non-text work?
It reads documents, spreadsheets, slides, images, and PDFs that are attached or linked. It describes what it can see and says plainly when it cannot read a file.
Work you can trust, without redoing it.
Your team gets feedback before work reaches you, or your client.
