Meeting minutes generator
Paste your notes or the transcript. Get minutes you can send: summary, decisions, action items and open questions.
How to use it
- Paste what you have: rough notes, a Zoom or Teams transcript, or a chat thread.
- Add the meeting name and who was there, so owners can be matched to names.
- Press Write the minutes. Fill the gaps it lists, then send.
What you get
- Summary. Two or three sentences on what the meeting was about.
- Decisions. Written as decisions, not discussion.
- Action items. Each with an owner and a due date, and the line in your notes it came from.
- Open questions. Things that still need an answer, and who should answer.
It never guesses who or when
If the notes do not say who owns an action, the minutes say No owner. If there is no date, it says blank. Then it lists those gaps for you to close. Made-up owners are how action items quietly die.
Example
From these notes: "Pricing page still shows old numbers. Sam can look at the FAQ. Dana will send the email Friday. Need to decide on the webinar date."
- Decision needed: webinar this month or next · No owner
- Update the pricing page · No owner · before the email goes out
- Review the FAQ · Sam · blank
- Send the customer email · Dana · Friday
Where M-Tracker fits
