Why AI work needs this

AI draft: A friendly update that says support is now "available 24/7 for all your needs," promises "industry-leading 2-minute response times," and ends with three paragraphs about how much the company values its customers.
The checker said:
- Check these facts: "24/7" is not in the request. The request says 8am to 8pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. "2-minute response times" was not provided.
- Looks made up: both claims above.
- Filler: the last three paragraphs repeat one idea.
- Skipped: the draft never mentions weekend chat coming in the fall.
The writer fixed four things in two minutes. Without the check, the company would have promised 24/7 support it does not have.
