How to use it
- Type your name and open a board. Press Copy link and share it.
- Everyone adds cards to Went well, To improve and Ideas. Cards stay hidden from others at first.
- When everyone is done, press Show everyone's cards.
- Vote on the cards that matter most.
- Write one or two Action items with a name and a date.
- Press Copy the board to save it before everyone leaves.
Why cards start hidden
If people see each other's cards, they pile on to the first idea. Hidden cards mean each person writes what they really think. Then the group sees all of it at once.
Run a 30-minute retro

The action is the whole point
A retro without an action is just a chat. Pick one or two things. Give each an owner and a date. Check them at the next retro.
Look for causes, not people. "Screenshots arrived late" leads to a fix. "Sam was slow" leads nowhere.
