  1. Copy the request. This is the email, task, or message that told you what to do.
  2. Copy your work. This is the thing you made. It can be an email, a report, a plan, or a post.
  3. Press Check my work. Read the paragraph. Fix what it points out. Check again if you want.

Example

The request: "Write an email telling customers about our new login process. Say what is changing, what they need to do, and when it starts."

The work: An email that explains the new login steps clearly. It is friendly and short.

What Work Check said: "The email explains the new login steps clearly and in a friendly way. But it does not say when the new process starts, and it does not tell customers what to do differently on day one. Add the start date near the top. Then add one line that says what customers must do the first time they log in."

The writer added two lines. The email went out once, with no fix later.

What the result means

The tool compares two things: what was asked, and what you made. It looks for the parts of the request that your work does not answer yet. It is not checking your spelling. It is checking whether you did the job that was asked.

If the request itself is unclear, the tool will say so. That is useful too. It means you should ask a question before you do more work. Try the task brief checker on the request.

What it cannot do

  • It cannot know facts it was not given. If your work says "the launch is on May 3," the tool cannot tell you if that date is right.
  • It cannot read private links. Share the file publicly, or paste the text.
  • It is not a grade on you. It is a second pair of eyes on the work.
How M-Tracker helps

Do this every time, without pasting

In M-Tracker, every task has the request attached. When someone marks a task done, M-Tracker runs this same check and shows the result to them first. They fix the gap before their manager ever sees the work. Managers get work that is right the first time more often. Nobody is watched. Only the work is read.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Does it save my text?

No. The free tool sends your text to the AI model to run the check, then forgets it. Nothing is stored.

Can it check a file?

Paste the text, or share a public Google Docs, Drive or Dropbox link. In M-Tracker you can attach files directly.

Is it the same as the paid product?

Yes, it is the same review engine. The paid product adds the task, the history, the team view, and reviews inside Jira.
