Meeting agenda generator
Tell it what the meeting is for. Get an agenda with times, owners and outcomes, decisions first.
How to use it
- Say what the meeting is for in a sentence or two. Name the decisions you need if you know them.
- Add your topics, the length, and who is coming, if you have them.
- Press Make my agenda. Copy it into the calendar invite.
What a good agenda has
- A goal. One line on what the meeting should leave with.
- Decisions before updates. People are sharpest at the start.
- A time box for each item. They add up to the meeting length.
- An owner and an outcome. "Decide whether to delay the launch · Dana", not "Launch".
- A read-back at the end. Two minutes to repeat each decision and who owns it.
- A pre-read. Updates that need no discussion go out before the meeting, not on the agenda.
Example
Weekly team meeting · 30 minutes

2. 0:02–0:12 Delay the launch a week? Decide · Dana
3. 0:12–0:22 Who covers Sam? Decide · Priya
4. 0:22–0:27 Anything blocked · Hear · All
5. 0:27–0:30 Read back decisions and owners · Dana
