Before you send notes, check five things: decisions are written as decisions, every action has one owner and a date, names and numbers are right, nothing private or sensitive slipped in, and the notes are short enough to read in a minute. Then send them within an hour.
1. Decisions are clear
"We discussed the launch date" is not a decision. "Launch moves to June 17 because screenshots are late" is. Write each decision as one sentence with the reason.
2. Every action has an owner and a date
Go down the action list. Any without an owner or a date? Fix them or flag them: "Owner needed." Actions without owners do not happen.
3. Names and numbers are right
Check spellings, dates, prices and figures. A wrong number in notes becomes "what we agreed."
4. Nothing private
Remove personal comments, salary details, health information and anything said in confidence. Notes get forwarded.
5. Short enough to read
Decisions and actions at the top. Discussion short, below. If the notes are longer than a page, cut the discussion.
6. Open questions listed
What did the meeting not decide? Who will find out, and by when?

Pull actions out of messy notes
The free meeting minutes generator turns rough notes or a transcript into decisions and actions, and flags any without an owner or date. It never invents them.
Actions that become tasks
In M-Tracker, actions from notes become tasks with an owner, a date and a brief, linked to the goal they serve. You can see which are done and which are still open. No screenshots and no activity tracking.
Where M-Tracker fits
M-Tracker gives every task a clear brief and every finished piece of work a first review, in plain words, before it reaches the manager. No screenshots, no scores.

Questions people ask
Should everyone approve the notes?
Not usually. Send them, and ask people to reply within a day if anything is wrong.
What about recordings?
Share them if useful, but always send written decisions and actions too.
